Evaluate a DoD military component command's progress toward achieving steady state country and campaign objectives in the execution of a theater-level steady state campaign with a five year time horizon. Analyze the development of assessment frameworks and processes for steady state and contingency plans, including security cooperation engagement plans. Identify tasks and effects to build measures of effectiveness, measures of performance, and associated indicators. Analyze the preparation and implementation of event collection management plans. Support and provide input and analysis on lower and higher headquarters level assessments. Apply expertise in research, analysis, and communications to perform extensive all source research on both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis on indicator data on various aspects of countries and DoD activities in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. Basic Qualifications: -5+ years of experience with the US military -Experience with the Indo-Asia-Pacific region -Experience with planning and theater campaign plans -Experience with in-depth research on topics and functional areas -Knowledge of implementing solutions to facilitate assessments -Knowledge of strategic planning, national military strategy, and operational-level C2 and Joint operations -Ability to develop and present analyses using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel -Ability to gather, analyze and organize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data -TS/SCI clearance -BA or BS degree required Additional Qualifications: -2+ years of experience with conducting assessments, including objectives, intermediate military objectives, effects, measures of effectiveness, and measures of performance -Experience in working for a Combatant Command -Experience with USAF operations and plans -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including briefing senior officers on analytical results and producing professional written documents that convey the results of analyses articulately and succinctly -Possession of excellent analytical skills, including analytical reasoning and expertise in metrics development, assessment analysis, and the development of alternative solutions -MA or MS degree Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
